  8. The data files for v.99b are not compatiable with v.94.  This version has a
  9. bunch of new features.

  11.     - high speed text scrolling, it only scrolls the bit planes that
  12.       need to be scrolled.  The only problem with this is that any
  13.       Windows on the screen will be messed up.
